With a career spanning both Serbia and Germany, Milena brings unparalleled expertise in ESG regulatory requirements, green and renewable energy finance, and overall sustainability in the finance sector.
In 2015, Milena joined the green team at ProCredit Bank Serbia, making significant contributions to the bank’s green portfolio. In 2019, she transitioned to @ProCredit HQ in Frankfurt, where she continued supporting the group’s efforts in financing sustainable initiatives adhering to the highest EU norms. Milena played a key role in large-scale renewable energy projects and credit lines with EBRD and EIB. Fast forward to 2022, Milena took her career to one of the largest ESG research companies as a Team Lead for EU Action Plan products. Currently, she focuses on ESG transactions and EMEA ESG regulatory requirements for one of the world’s largest banks. Milena is not just a finance professional; she’s also the proud author of the Serbian platform solarnikalkulator.rs, developed by GIZ Serbia.
