What are the accepted registration fee payment options?
Registration fees can be paid by bank transfer upon the issuance of an invoice. Payment inquires can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is the SEE NPL Forum cancellation policy and fees?
Conference cancellations received no later than October 22, 2019, will result in a full refund less an administrative fee of €30 per person. No refunds will be given for any registration cancellations received after October 22, 2019.
Refunds will not be provided to individuals who are no-shows to the event. Cancellation requests not received in writing will not be honoured. Fees and costs associated with the cancellation of any travel reservations and/or hotel reservations are the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.

I have registered but can no longer attend; can another person go in my place?
All substitutions must be sent in writing via email firstname.lastname@example.org. No fee will be charged for processing substitutions. Registrations are transferable within the same company.
