Martina Kalamiza Grozdek is Partner at Lovrić Novokmet & Partners Law Firm, based in Zagreb, Croatia.

She has more than 17 years of experience advising leading domestic and international financial and credit institutions, investment funds and corporations in dynamic field of banking and finance and capital markets. Her areas of specialization encompass a diverse range of financings, including real estate finance, acquisition finance and project finance. She is also engaged in general banking, financing and investment fund regulations.
