Petar Orlić

Petar is a Partner in the Global Real Estate Group, based in London. His practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate, with an emphasis on acquisitions and real estate and project finance.

With the ability to speak Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian and Montenegrin, Petar has significant experience in Central and Eastern Europe, where he advises clients on international transactions and financial strategies for new markets.

He also advises international financial institutions (IFIs), commercial banks, governments, corporations and sponsors in respect of the financing and refinancing of major projects in the former Yugoslavia.

Petar has lived and worked in Belgrade, Serbia having been seconded to a US Investment Bank which acquired a stakehold in a regional property development company.
