Krešimir Maskalan, Head of the Restructuring and Collection of Retail Secured, EOS Matrix Croatia, will be taking the stage at Panel #4: Real Estate Market and Collateral Valuations – A Key Ingredient for Successful Transactions.
Mr. Maskalan has more than 15 years of experience in the financial sector. His journey began at Erste&Steiermärkische Bank, where he contributed to the development of the NPL business and worked on significant NPL portfolio sales projects. Later, he took the lead in the restructuring and collection segment for private individuals at Hrvatska poštanska banka. In 2018, Krešimir joined EOS Matrix in Croatia as the Head of Restructuring and Collection of Retail Secured. He and his team managed various aspects of business related to the acquisition of retail secured loans, debt collection, restructuring, and property management and sales. Krešimir’s expertise extends to coordinating efforts with legal professionals, facility managers, appraisers, and other partners involved in debt collection and property sales processes.
