Attila K. Csongrady

Attila is qualified in England & Wales and in New York and is a CEE/SEE banking and finance specialist. He lives in Vienna with his family and works predominantly out of Allen & Overy’s Bratislava office. Attila works across product areas for lenders and borrowers on a range of financing transactions, with an emphasis on leveraged and non-leveraged acquisition finance, real estate finance, trade and export finance, securitisation and other structured finance products and debt restructuring/NPLs.

His six years in Allen & Overy’s leveraged finance practice in London, a secondment to the leveraged finance team of a US financial group in London and his ‘on the ground’ involvement in major financings in CEE, SEE, Ukraine, Russia and beyond have given him a broad range of experience and an ability to see the wider picture in deal-making.
