Krešimir Maskalan
Head of the Restructuring and Collection of Retail Secured, EOS Matrix Croatia
Krešimir Maskalan graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb. After obtaining his degree, he joined Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d in the product development segment and later in the NPL portfolio management, contributing to the development of NPL business and significant NPL portfolio sales projects. He continued his career by leading the restructuring and collection segment for private individuals at Hrvatska poštanska banka d.d.
In 2018, he joined EOS Matrix d.o.o. Croatia as the Head of the Restructuring and Collection of Retail Secured, where he with the EOS team managed and developed business related to the acquisition of Retail secured loans, debt collection, restructuring, overtaken property management and sale.
He particularly emphasized coordinating work with lawyers, facility manager, appraisers and other partners involved in the debt collection and property sales processes.
Over the course of his 15-year career in the financial sector, he has undergone numerous training and education in product and process development, debt collection, restructuring, as well as property management and sales.
