Stefan Antonić

Stefan Antonić is an independent attorney at law qualified in Serbia, practicing in cooperation with Deloitte.

He practices in all areas of commercial law involving both foreign and domestic entities, such as multi-national manufacturers, banks, investment funds, real estate developers, industries, trading companies, institutions, etc. establishing or developing their business presence in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia & Herzegovina.

Stefan has been involved in some of the largest NPL transactions that have taken place in the region. He acted as buy-side advisor in transactions with Banca Intesa, HETA, Jubanka and Marfin Bank.

He was also involved in drafting the proposal for resolving the bank secrecy issue surrounding NPLs in Serbia. Additionally, Stefan has participated in numerous bank acquisitions and sales.

His areas of expertise include project financing, banking operations, NPL/PL transaction, real estate development, major infrastructure transactions, FX transactions and the insurance business.

Stefan has graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. He has passed the Serbian bar exam
