Law, Economics and Finance in Action with Branko Radulović

Branko Radulović, Professor of Economics at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, brings deep expertise in economic analysis of law, insolvency law, corporate restructuring, and regulatory economics. With an MSc from the University of Birmingham and a PhD from the University of Turin, Dr. Radulović has also been a visiting scholar at Cornell University.

🌍 Over the years, he has advised governments and international organizations, including the World Bank, EBRD, UNDP, WIPO, and the European Commission, and currently consults for the IFC on insolvency, dispute resolution, and asset-based financing projects. He has authored more than 70 publications in leading journals, bridging academic insights with practical, policy-driven solutions.
