Črt Slokan

Črt Slokan is director of workout for Nova KBM, a systemic bank (ECB’s significant supervised institution), that was privatised in 2015 and acquired by private equity fund Apollo and EBRD.  Mr Slokan was responsible for management of all legacy lending assets of the Bank, including NPLs, foreclosed assets and wind-down of non-core investments.

Before joining Nova KBM, Mr Slokan was actively involved in management of Zavarovalnica Triglav’s non-core investments and served on numerous supervisory boards of portfolio companies and Slovenian Energy Holding (HSE).
