Darko Stanisavić

Darko Stanisavić is Partner in Charge for Deloitte’s Financial Advisory Services in Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Republic of Srpska.

He is a US educated and trained accounting and financial professional with over 15 years of experience both in the United States and Central Europe region.

Darko holds MA in Financial Economics from California State University Los Angeles and he is a member of the American Society of Appraisers and holds the ASA (Accredited Senior Appraiser) designation.

He has significant experience in distressed assets, NPL portfolio transactions, M&A transaction services, corporate restructuring, due diligence, financial modeling, and independent business reviews for large companies in Central Europe.

Darko providing advisory services to number of financial institutions, including Intesa Bank, Sberbank, Komercijalna bank, Hypo-Alpe-Adria, Heta Asset Resolution, Seker Bank Turkey, Postanska Stedionica, etc.

He also led many M&A and privatization advisory engagements as well as valuation, privatization processes and restructuring engagements in former Yugoslavia countries. Darko advised major public companies on their restructuring plans as well as drafted and negotiated different models of strategic partnership with international companies in different sectors.

Darko’s assignments also included serving a large number of international and domestic corporate, public and private equity clients. Some of the clients include: Advent, APS Holding, Telekom Srbija Group, Telekom Slovenija Group, Delta Group, Tehnomanija, Imlek, Tinex, PKB, Atlantic Group, Meinl Capital, JB Equity, Electric Power Industry of Serbia, Electric Power Industry of Montenegro, etc.
