Jozef Martinak

Jozef Martinak is leads the NPL transactions team at APS Holding, supervising all NPL portfolio acquisitions underwritten by APS across the CE and SEE region for its advised funds, managed accounts and / or institutional co-investors. He has been with APS since 2013.

Prior to that he worked for two years with Petrus Advisers, advising on special situation funds focused on taking minority positions in publicly traded companies primarily in the German speaking region.

He also worked for four years with Slavia Capital, CE / SEE private equity boutique, whereas APS has been the cornerstone platform in its financial services division.

Jozef holds MSc in financial management from University of Comenius in Bratislava.
