Dr. Nikola Seneši FRICS is a founder and director of NAI WMG (member of NAI Global), one of the largest real estate companies in the region covering markets of Serbia, Montenegro, Albania and Bosnia.
Specialized in distressed, NPL and complex real estate deals he was involved in valuation and structuring of most of major NPL portfolios in the region in last 5 years.
Prior to founding the company in 2007 he worked on senior positions in CBRE, Societe General and Oracle Corporation.
With a PHD from BBA in the field of portfolio valuation methodologies and a master degree from HEC Paris, he has founded the accredited center for licensing and CPD education of valuation professionals in 2016 that is at this stage one of leading platforms in SEE with more than 300 students per year.
He is a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with fellow designation, author of several articles in the field of NPL valuations and lecturer on several universities.
