As Managing Partner of LynxCap Swiss office and Director of LynxCap Luxembourg securitisation group, Konstantin is responsible for the overall investment activity in the CSEE region, with a special focus on the Balkan and Iberian markets.

Prior to LynxCap, Mr. Kraiss was heading the acquisition department of DDM Group. During his career he held managerial positions with Ernst & Young, Deloitte and leading regional Private Equity funds, focusing on mergers and acquisitions as well as financial and strategic advice to industry leading companies and financial institutions in Central and Eastern Europe

Mr. Kraiss has 18 years of experience in corporate finance and a proven track record of successful cross-border transactions with total investment value well over EUR 1 billion.
