With over 25 years of experience, Matija Arapović has a proven track record in risk assessment, credit insurance, debt collection, and debt purchasing. Matija has led and coordinated numerous projects aimed at developing and promoting the use of risk assessment tools and has contributed to significant international initiatives such as the Code of Conduct and GDPR compliance. Matija also played a key role in the development of the www.bon.hr project. In addition to his project work, Matija remains actively engaged in industry associations, including the Croatian Association of Collection Agencies (HUAN), the Croatian Association of Credit Rating Agencies (HUBA), and the Federation of European National Collection Associations (FENCA).

Matija currently serves as the Director of Prima Solvent d.o.o., a role he has held since 2007, and is a Board Member of Prima Bon d.o.o. since 2012. Additionally, he is the Director of Prima Collect d.o.o., a position he assumed in 2015. Matija is the Founder and President of the Croatian Association of Collection Agencies (HUAN), representing this organization since 2008, and serves as the Croatian delegate to FENCA. Since 2017, he has been a Board Member of FENCA, where he chairs the Industry Data Intelligence committee. Furthermore, he is the Founder and Secretary of the Croatian Association of Credit Rating Agencies (HUBA), a role he has held since 2014.
