Jelisaveta Janić is an independent attorney at law with nearly 10 years of experience in the banking and finance sector. She advises on M&A and structured access-to-finance transactions, with a focus on regulatory compliance, financial licensing, and cross-border deal structuring.
She contributed to the recent amendments to the Serbian Law on Factoring, helping align the legal framework with EU standards and international best practices. Her work also includes support in non-performing loan (NPL) transactions, legal due diligence, and deal execution.
