Predrag began his career 17 years ago as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Spiller Farmer, an agency specializing in commercial properties, where he was responsible for office space sales and leasing. In early 2012, he joined Erste Real Estate, continuing his work in sales and leasing of commercial properties as well as the sale of foreclosed assets within Erste Bank.
In early 2018, he moved to Addiko Bank, taking on the role of Group Real Estate Manager, responsible for property sales across Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Slovenia. A year later, he joined CBS International Croatia as Country Manager. CBS International is part of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance – a leading global real estate agency with over 50,000 employees operating in more than 60 countries worldwide.
In 2022, Predrag was appointed Partner at CBS International Croatia, and since 2024 he has been serving as one of the Directors of CBS International Austria, contributing to the company’s activities in the Austrian market.
He is also a member of the Real Estate Business Council at the Croatian Chamber of Economy, a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), and since 2023, a member of the Management Board – the executive body of the Foreign Investors Council in Croatia.
