Barbara Cerinski is experienced executive director at EOS Matrix Croatia, a leading agency for debt collection and purchase. Throughout her extensive managerial career, she gained broad expert knowledge in the field of debt collection. With her engagement she has significantly contributed to the development of the unsecured, secured, and corporate debt collection industry in Croatia.
As managing director in EOS Croatia, she is responsible for unsecured debt collection, communications and marketing, human resources, and information technology, with a particular focus on team development, digital transformation, and sustainable business.
Barbara serves as the Deputy President of the Croatian Association of Debt Collection Agencies (HUAN), having actively participated from its inception in shaping the professional and ethical standards of the industry.
She graduated in economics at the University of Rijeka and has further developed her skills through numerous certifications in management, employee development, coaching, and mentorship.
As an active speaker at conferences and panels, Barbara promotes the importance of conscious leadership, the development of people and their talents, and consistently highlights the significance of responsible and ethical debt collection, as well as the importance of financial literacy for making informed financial decisions as a crucial part of a healthy financial ecosystem.
