Ali Erbilgiç

Ali Erbilgiç is a Policy Expert at the EBA in the Department of Banking Markets, Innovations and Consumers, where he is currently involved in the topics of loan origination and NPLs.

Before assuming this role, Ali worked in the field of economic analysis, impact assessment and evaluation of public policy and banking regulation which covered quantitative impact studies and monitoring exercises in a prudential regulatory framework such as capital and liquidity requirements.

Prior to joining the EBA, Ali worked in an international consultancy firm in London. Ali holds MSc in Political Economy from the London School of Economics and MSc in Economics from University College London.
