Branko Radulović is a Professor of Economics at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, specializing in economic analysis of law, insolvency law, corporate restructuring, and regulatory economics. He holds an MSc from the University of Birmingham and a PhD from the University of Turin, and has been a visiting scholar at Cornell University. Dr. Radulović has advised governments and international organizations, including the World Bank, EBRD, UNDP, WIPO, and the European Commission. He currently consults for the IFC on insolvency, dispute resolution, and asset-based financing projects. He has authored over 70 publications in leading journals such as the European Journal of Law and Economics and the European Business Organization Law Review.
