Over 21 years’ experience advising regulators, banks, and investors across 25 countries on credit risk and NPL topics. His experience includes advising the European Banking Authority (EBA) on the development of its NPL transaction templates, supporting the delivery of strategic consultancy services to the Single Resolution Board (SRB), being part of the NPL expert panel of the European Systemic Risk Board (ESRB), and advising on the initial set up and assets transfer of the Spanish Asset Management Company (AMC) SAREB.
Eric has also worked on a broad range of banking sector engagements in the EMEA region related to regulatory compliance, NPL strategy, portfolio transactions, M&A, and large exposure restructuring.
