Jonathan Weinberg is the senior English law banking and finance partner in the CEE region and is based in the Prague office. He has extensive experience on a wide range of finance transactions, having acted for lenders, equity sponsors and corporate borrowers at all levels of the capital structure, in deals ranging from asset finance, project finance and LBOs, to securitizations and other structured financings.

Clients benefit from Jonathan’s comprehensive knowledge of sophisticated financing structures, from syndicated investment-grade senior debt to second lien/first loss, mezzanine and bank/bond transactions under mixed laws.

Jonathan brings to the region more than 20 years of experience in debt finance and restructuring earned in London, Paris, Prague and Warsaw, and his clients appreciate the balance of legal acumen and commercial understanding he brings to high-value and high-pressure transactions.
