Kristina Rayyan

Kristina Rayyan is a banking professional with more than 15 years of experience, primarily in retail credit management and collections. Currently, Kristina holds the position of Head of Retail Collections at AIK Banka a.d. Beograd.

She was hired in 2014 to set up Retail Collection Department, organise the collection process and introduce and develop collection strategies, models and control mechanisms.

Before joining AIK Banka, Kristina worked for KBC Banka a.d. Beograd (previously A Banka a.d. Beograd), where she held several different positions. From 2003 until 2010, she was in the retail credit business where for more than 5 years she held the position of Director of Retail Credit Management Directorate and was responsible for the complete credit process from the approval to the credit closing.

From 2011 to 2013, she moved from credit business and was Director of Compliance Directorate. As the withdrawal of KBC Group from the Serbian market was announced, she was appointed as Executive Director of Credit Management to support the divestment transaction.

In the process of acquisition of KBC Banka by Telenor Group, she was responsible for leading the credit and legal team and later she was engaged by KBC Group to support closing and post-closing activities. Primarily she was engaged to manage the remaining credit portfolio, both retail and corporate, and to organise their collection by external collection parties and negotiate with clients or potential credit buyers.
