Marko Danon is an economist, researcher, and consultant with over 15 years of experience in finance and economics across a number of leading domestic and international organizations. Currently works as an economist with Belgrade-based EY-Parthenon Economic Advisory, where he provides strategic advice to clients from public and private sector on macroeconomic trends, fiscal policy, and sectoral competitiveness, and across three markets: Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Marko holds a PhD in Economics from Université de Nice Sophia Antipolis and a BA in Management from the University of Belgrade. Danon regularly publishes macroeconomic forecasts, peer-reviewed studies on Serbia’s growth constraints and sustainability, and policy briefs that inform investment strategies and regulatory reforms across the region.
