Slađana Popović, MRICS RV

Slađana Popović MRICS RV is a licensed appraiser and registered valuer, with extensive experience in real estate advisory and related services. She is licensed by the Ministry of Finance, also a member of the RICS and is actively involved in activities of Serbian Society of Appraisers (DPS) as a member of the expert committee.

Slađana is specialized in property valuations of a commercial real estate, industrial facilities, and development land. She has successfully managed domestic and international projects and multidisciplinary teams.

She started her career in the US. Upon returning to Serbia, she worked as a senior appraiser with ERB Property Services, followed by an expert advisory appointment with Coreside d.o.o. (An affiliate of Savills). Recent career advancements let to a management position as an Associate Director of Valuations and Advisory Services with CBRE d.o.o.

She graduated with an honors degree from Syracuse University, then received a master degree in management from Faculty of Economics in Belgrade, thru a dual degree with HEC School of Management from Paris.
