As Head of the Special Exposures and Collateral Management Division at Raiffeisen Bank Serbia, she oversees three key departments – Restructuring, Legal Collection, and Collateral Management – driving strategic recovery initiatives and process optimization.
Her career spans a wide range of roles, from financial analysis and credit risk assessment to complex negotiations involving multiple stakeholders. Slavica is known for her analytical mindset, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to continuous improvement, reflected in consistently strong team engagement results.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Economy and Finance from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” and a Master of Science from the University of Belgrade. Fluent in English and highly skilled in problem-solving, Slavica brings a pragmatic and people-focused approach to every challenge.
