SEE NPL Forum Vol.6 was held on November the 18th, 2022, in a hybrid format. The Forum gathered more than 230 onsite and online key industry stakeholders from 15 countries. The audience enjoyed panel discussions and Fireside chat, and also used the opportunity to extend your existing networks. The Forum tackled the current situation in the regional NPL market and gave an overview of the banking sector in the coming years in SEE and different state strategies and EU regulatory novelties and recommendations. The Forum analysed the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the current economic crisis, and current investment trends, with the particular focus on collateral valuation. The event tackled some of the most relevant topics related to NPL industry and amazing speakers shared their vast knowledge and experience on various aspects of the businesses and regulatory developments.
A special part of the conference was a Fireside chat dedicated to receivables claims management B2B & B2C.
One of the Forum’s primary goals is to create a stronger community of industry professionals in South East Europe, and enable them to share opinions, knowledge, best practices and experiences thus helping them to further develop NPL ecosystem in this part of the world.
This year’s Forum had the honor to host AKUPS (Association of Serbian Debt Management Companies), for the second time in a row, a non-governmental and non-profit association, established with the aim of improving professional standards and educating population on the process of debt collection.
